Cancellation and Refund Policy
Effective Date: November 2024
1. Cancelling Print Orders
If you've ordered an art print, please note that your order is submitted for production immediately following successful payment processing. Should you wish to cancel, we may not be able to stop production if it has already started. We also cannot make changes to a print order once production has started.
If you wish to cancel shortly after purchase or if the order was placed in error, please email sallydriverart@gmail.com, and we will confirm if we can process the cancellation.
2. Cancelling Original Artwork Orders
If you’re purchasing an original artwork, you have the right to cancel your order any time before shipment and may return it if unsatisfied, provided you notify Sally Driver Art within 14-days of receiving the artwork. You then have a further 14 days from cancellation of order to return the goods and may choose from:
o Store credit for the full purchase price, or
o Refund to your original payment method
Note: We recommend allowing the shipment to arrive so you can see the artwork in person before making a final decision. If you are certain you wish to cancel, please contact sallydriverart@gmail.com with your order details.
3. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Report any issues within 48 hours and provide photographic evidence.
For items damaged in transit, we will arrange collection or authorise recycling, following inspection. After verifying the damage, we will issue a replacement or a credit note as applicable.
4. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as when received: unaltered, unworn, with all tags, and in original packaging, including any accompanying certificates. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
All refunds will be processed in UK pounds sterling and subject to the current exchange rate at the time of processing.
5. Return Shipping Costs
If eligible for return, the customer is responsible for covering the cost of returning the item. Please ensure it is packed securely to prevent any damage in transit. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To initiate a return, please contact us at sallydriverart@gmail.com. Once accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please return it under the conditions outlined above and then place a new order.
7. Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-14 days. Please note that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to process refunds.
8. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Item
Certain items are non-returnable:
Please note that if an artwork has been altered, stretched, or otherwise modified after purchase, it will be non-returnable. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty or damaged.
