We are committed to delivering your artwork safely and efficiently, with tracked and insured shipping worldwide.

Delivery Timeframes
Most orders are dispatched within a few days, but please allow up to 2 weeks for dispatch.
Once shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number to monitor your order's progress.

Packaging
We carefully package artwork to ensure it arrives in perfect condition:
Flat Packaging (up to A3 / 42 cm on the long edge): Sent flat in an envelope for UK, EU, and ROW orders.
Rolled Packaging (larger than A3): Shipped in a sturdy postal tube.
US Orders: Artwork larger than 12"x16" is always shipped rolled in a tube.
Sustainability: Art prints and frames are delivered from a carbon-neutral supplier. We use sustainably sourced, recyclable, or biodegradable packaging materials wherever possible.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes on Print Orders

Customs-Free UK, EU, and US Delivery
Standard prints and framed prints are fulfilled locally in the UK, USA, or Germany, avoiding import charges for deliveries within these regions.
Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)
For customers in Canada, Norway, Australia, New Zealand, Iceland, and Switzerland, duties and taxes are included in your shipping cost at checkout. No additional fees will be charged upon delivery.
Deliveries Duty Unpaid (DDU) / Delivery at Place (DAP)
For all other countries, customs duties, taxes, or fees are the customer’s responsibility and may be charged upon delivery. Please check with your local customs office for more information on regulations and fees in your region.

Original Artwork Shipping

Payment & Shipping Costs: Once you purchase an original painting through the website, payment for the artwork will be securely processed at checkout. We offer free insured shipping for original artwork within the UK.

For international orders, shipping costs will be calculated separately and invoiced after the sale. We will discuss the best shipping method to ensure the safe delivery of your piece. Larger works can be removed from their stretcher bars and shipped rolled if needed. If crating is required, I will provide a tailored quote for international shipping.

Smaller Artworks: For smaller paintings, I will carefully pack and ship them directly using standard methods. Shipping is free within the UK, while international shipping costs will be confirmed after purchase.

International Shipments: Customers outside the UK may incur additional charges on original artwork, such as customs duties, import taxes, and other fees which need to be paid before the item can be delivered. These costs vary by country and are the sole responsibility of the customer. If you need further clarification, please check your country's government customs advice.
